SkyNet answers to F.A.Q.'s
* Standard residential service is $29.95 and requires NO CONTRACT
* Internet Service is not taxable
* All device and labor charges are subject to Ohio Sales Tax unless a
Certificate of Tax Exemption is provided for our records
* For residential service, a one-time installation fee of $49.95 must be paid at
the time of the installation
* Service for the current month must be paid at the time of installation, pro-
rated to $1 per day.
* No phone lines are required for SkyNet service
* SkyNet is not Satellite Internet
* Accounts pre-paid annually, get one month free
* Billing is generated around the 1st of each month and can be paid between
the 1st and the 15th with no late fee.
* Payments made after the 15th are subject to a $5.00 late fee.
* Any account that is more than 30 days past due will be disconnected for
non-payment
* Disconnected accounts can be reconnected after past due payment is made
in full and a $14.95 reconnect fee is paid
* Multiple computers can be connected to our network if they are connected
through a router, which must be supplied by the customer
*Additional charges may apply if SkyNet technicians set up your home or
business network
* Usage is limited to 5 Gigabytes per day (total of upload and download)
